365 Days of Gratitude - Day 303

As I've grown older I've lost a lot of my extroverted characteristics - mainly being social. I much prefer quiet solitude and my social time has turned out to be taking somone with me as I ride, run, or hike in the forest.

I don't often say yes to party invitations any more, and tonight was the exception! My dear friends Nate and Janna (from my Treetop guiding days) where having a lil shindig that sounded way to fun to miss.

Pot luck dinner. Arts and crafts, and jamming for the musical ones.

If it wasn't for our ride coming to get us, SIL Lori and I would still be there. What. A. Blast.

Feeling grateful,
Louise

I was pleasantly surprised how well these young kids could participate in a pot luck dinner!
