365 Days of Gratitude - Day 55

Grateful for workIng outdoors on GORGEOUS spring days like today - sunshine and +8 degrees celcius. It's like a reward for surviving working outdoors this past winter where we saw daily temperatures and wind chills in the -30's.

This group of school kids from Markham were learning about the Underground Railroad and the slaves who gained their freedom by fighting for the British Loyalists and were given small plots of land. This foundation is all that remains from one of those homes.

Feeling grateful,
Louise
