365 Days of Gratitude - Day 62

I have a part time gig as a bike guide for a mountain bike touring company called Ride Guides. Today I took out a mother and son for an awesome ride through the Copeland Forest.

One particular trail (which only the locals know. Off winter maps if you get my drift) was more technical than they expected. The hard pack was narrow and everything else was soft and punchy. But it's super scenic as it runs along the top of a ridge and therefore worth pushing the envelope.

There were lots of falls. We laughed so hard our stomachs hurt. What a joy it is introducing people to fatbiking, and then watching their grins and listening to their laughter.

Feeling grateful,
Louise

Falling into soft snow is hilariously fun!
