365 Days of Gratitude - Day 176

If you've read my book Death and the Lessons I Learned, you will recall the story of my brother-in-law dying from cancer.

His son Blake decided to participate in the inaugural Ride to Conquer Cancer as a way of paying tribute to his father. He ended up riding in the 200km, 2-day event five years in a row.

This is him. Blake. Featured in a mural painted on the Sporting Life building on Yonge St in Toronto. How cool is that.

It's a short walk from my son's place. I walked over after work to take this photo.

Feeling grateful,
Louise

Blake
