This morning my bestie Marti and I were scheduled to guide a school group in a snowshoe outing. At the last minute the school cancelled because of the wind chill/cold temperatures.
My conversation with Marti went something like this...
Me: School cancelled. Too cold. We're not needed.
Marti: Ok.
Me: I'm already dressed.
Marti: me too.
Me: let's go fatbiking.
Marti: pick ya up in 5.
And what a blast we had. So grateful to have friends who are as nuts as me.
